We are a small independent store with unique items in small quantities. From time to time we have listed items which may have become unavailable due to selling in store at the same time, theft or human error. Should this occur we will endeavor to fulfill your purchase or provide a full refund.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will provide you with a Store Credit, you can then use this credit to purchase your new item. Credit notes expire within 12 months, and can be used on any item in store.
Customers who receive an item with a manufacturing fault or an incorrect item to the one they ordered are entitled to a full refund.
Refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing purchases are not available.
- All items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and/or tags attached
- Return postage is at the purchasers cost (unless faulty or damaged)
- Tracking & insurance is recommended to ensure safe return of your item as Gracie's is not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels during return.
- Returns must be received within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
- If your return has been accepted, you will be notified via email regarding your store credit being added to your account and how to use it
- Items that do not satisfy the above Conditions of Returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Your item will be held until postage is covered for return back to you.
